Florim is an industry leader that has gradually selected and curated a number of trusted Italian brands to create a portfolio of companies that are synonymous with quality and design.

These include Cedit, Luxury Design (Rex), Creative Design (Casa Dolce Casa), Architectural Design (FloorGres) and Contemporary Design (Cerim) with the name Florim being a combination of the latter two.

The breadth of their collections is extensive and their designs often set industry trends. For example, their I Classici and Wooden Tile collections have led the way in marble and wooden effect tiles for years and have paved the way for porcelain to be a real alternative to the natural products. Florim’s production facilities also lead the way in innovation and sustainability and that is why they have been PietraCasa’s trusted supplier from our founding.

Designed for every surface

Kitchen

Florim kitchen surfaces cover worktops, splashbacks, floor and wall cladding in coordinated collections. Large-format slabs up to 3200×1600mm allow kitchen islands and worktops to be resolved as a single surface with minimal or no visible joints, in marble, stone, concrete and metal effects.

The FLORIM stone sub-brand produces dedicated worktop slabs at 3200×1600mm in 6mm, 12mm and 20mm thicknesses. NSF and Kosher certified for direct food contact. Collaborations with Falper have produced integrated bathroom and kitchen systems combining FLORIM stone with solid wood furniture.

Living Room

Florim living room collections cover floors, walls and fireplace surrounds in the full range of material effects. The Wooden Tile collection helped establish porcelain as a credible alternative to timber for living room floors and continues to set the standard for wood-effect ceramic quality.

Large-format slab formats allow living room floors to read as a single continuous surface from wall to wall. Collections like Les Origines and B&W_Marble bring refined marble references to living room environments at a format and quality level suited to high-specification residential projects.

Outdoor

Florim outdoor collections combine UV stability, frost resistance and slip ratings with the same material language as the interior ranges. Available in stone, concrete and wood effects in 20mm thickness for terraces, pool surrounds and entrance areas.

B Corp certified production supports projects with environmental performance requirements. Installation is possible on gravel, sand and grass as well as on adhesive or raised pedestal systems. Coordinated indoor and outdoor collections allow the same material to carry consistently from interior floor to external terrace.

Bathroom

Large-format Florim surfaces allow bathroom floors and walls to be resolved as a single continuous material with minimal joints. The I Classici marble-effect collections remain among the most specified for bathrooms where the visual quality of the surface is expected to hold up at close range.

Coordinated floor and wall collections allow bathrooms to be specified in a single material throughout. Florim surfaces are non-porous, resistant to all standard bathroom chemicals and require no sealing or surface treatment, making maintenance straightforward in daily use.

Did you know?

Florim treats the ceramic surface as a design problem rather than a production outcome. Their collections tend to set the direction rather than follow it. The I Classici and Wooden Tile ranges were both developed at a point when porcelain as a serious alternative to natural stone and timber was still contested in the market. Both helped change that, and both remain industry benchmarks today. That same willingness to challenge assumptions about what ceramic can be used for runs through everything the group produces.

Florim has formalised this thinking through a number of documented brand collaborations. The I Filati di Rex collection was developed with Rubelli, the Venetian textile house, translating fabric-like surface textures into ceramic. The SensiEtna collection came from a collaboration with Nerosicilia, using real Etna lava stone from Sicily as part of the material composition. Most significantly, the Elitique project brought together Florim and Italian bathroom brand Falper to create the first integrated bathroom system combining solid wood furniture with Florim porcelain stoneware, with collections designed by Matteo Nunziati and Victor Vasilev.

In practice, Florim surfaces sit naturally within high-specification residential and hospitality schemes. The Elitique bathroom system is now showcased in Florim flagship stores globally, from Milan to Seoul, making it a particularly strong reference point for architects and interior designers specifying at the highest level of the market.
