Living Ceramics
Ceramic surfaces.
Design-led thinking.
An elite portfolio of architectural porcelain surfaces engineered to combine high-end aesthetic refinement with avant-garde manufacturing techniques.
A newcomer to the industry, Living Ceramics was founded in 2013 in Castellon, Spain. They approach the ceramics industry from a strong design perspective, which closely aligns with PietraCasa’s ethos.
Their focus on tones and textures allow details in a project to dominate. Particularly impressive are their Ductile reliefs, which give the impression of being crafted and carved from natural materials yet retain the robustness of ceramic material.
Along with their ceramic and porcelain collections, Living Ceramics also have their Lithotech brand, which is focussed on 12mm material. This completes their offering enabling harmonious design across a project.
Designed for every surface
Wall & Floor Tiles
Living Ceramics stoneware is produced in versatile, large-format configurations, making it well suited to expansive open-plan layouts, reception rooms and high-traffic internal spaces within a single coordinated material layout.
Minimalist stone and concrete-effect collections bring natural warmth to contemporary environments, with finishes that are stain-resistant, easy to clean and robust enough for heavy daily foot traffic.
Signature Surfaces
Exclusive, designer-led collections increasingly specified for elite architectural projects, high-end surface layouts and bespoke spatial statements. The unique character of these technical surfaces enables unparalleled creative flexibility across any scale.
PietraCasa can advise architects, design studios and fabricators on the right Living Ceramics format and finish to elevate custom furniture, wall panels and floor transitions for your project.
Bathroom Furniture
Durable, highly precise porcelain profiles crafted for integrated wellness environments, sculptural vanities and custom basin surrounds. This material consistency allows the same stone aesthetic to carry from structural envelopes directly into functional elements.
Coordinated surface and furniture collections allow the same material language to flow across the entire footprint, maintaining a consistent, sophisticated aesthetic across the full project envelope.
Ductile Reliefs
Three-dimensional wall cladding systems in light, flexible formats allow vertical spaces and architectural partitions to be resolved as a deeply tactile surface material. Ultra-thin, easily machinable profiles are available across the range.
Living Ceramics' relief collections are particularly well suited to feature walls and vertical environments, combining the visual quality of natural textures with lightweight, high-performance ceramic precision.

Did you know?
Living Ceramics was founded in Castellon in 2013 and has built its collection through sustained collaboration with designers who bring a specific material intelligence to each project. The Bisel collection was designed by Victor Carrasco and won the iF Design Award 2022, one of the most recognised product design awards internationally. LucidiPevere, the Milan-based studio of Paolo Lucidi and Luca Pevere, developed the Cava and Cava Mosaic collections, working with geometric precision and a considered use of colour to produce surfaces with strong architectural presence.
Exhibition partnerships have also shaped how Living Ceramics presents itself to the design community. At Fuorisalone 2023, the brand collaborated with Agape, Living Divani, Flos and Cea to create installation environments that showed their ceramic surfaces within a fully resolved interior design context. At Milan Design Week 2025, Living Ceramics and Lithotech presented Ch. 02 The Mind inside Palazzo Bocconi, an installation built from sand, dim lighting and ceramic sculptural blocks from the new Gubi and Oda collections, designed to be felt and explored rather than simply viewed. CeramicLab has been a partner in developing the handcrafted Cuit Lab and Verso Lab collections, which sit alongside the main range as a more artisanal expression of the brand's material thinking. Lithotech, the associated technical stone brand, is regularly presented alongside Living Ceramics at major trade events including Cersaie and KBIS.
Living Ceramics surfaces work particularly well in projects where design intent is established and the material is expected to contribute to the overall aesthetic rather than simply cover the floor. Their focus on tonal sensitivity, surface texture and the relationship between what is seen and what is felt makes them well suited to architects and interior designers working with a considered, design-led material palette.
