Marazzi was founded in 1935 in Sassuolo. The company has driven many of the most significant technical and design innovations in the ceramics sector over the following ninety years, and today offers over 5,000 products across porcelain stoneware, ceramic, mosaic, marble and natural stone.

The Grande collection produces large-format slabs at 1600×3200mm, 1200×2400mm and 1200×1200mm in 6mm and 12mm thicknesses. The Treverkchic and Treverkmore wood-effect collections set the benchmark for how a wood-effect ceramic should read in residential and commercial environments. The Top range is Marazzi's dedicated worktop programme, producing 1600×3200mm slabs for kitchen and bathroom surfaces.

Marazzi is part of Mohawk Industries, the world's largest floor covering manufacturer. This gives the brand significant production capacity, stock depth and supply reliability across residential, commercial and architectural project scales.

Did you know?

Marazzi is the ceramic brand that has arguably done more than any other to establish the technical and design standards of the industry. Founded in Sassuolo in 1935, the company has been at the centre of every significant development in ceramic tile manufacturing, from large-format porcelain stoneware to the wood-effect and stone-effect surfaces that changed what architects and designers expected from the material. The Treverkchic and Treverkmore wood-effect collections remain among the most specified globally.

Marazzi's collaborations reflect the breadth of its market reach. The partnership with Flexform, the Italian furniture brand, placed Marazzi surfaces alongside some of the most considered furniture in the residential market. A collaboration with Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS) demonstrated Marazzi's relevance in high-specification kitchen environments. Beyond named collaborations, Marazzi operates as a direct B2B material supplier for high-end cabinetry makers, applying their Puro Marazzi Antibacterial technology onto slabs used for handle-less kitchen cabinet door fronts, vertical cladding for hidden storage units and walk-in pantries, and fully integrated porcelain sinks and matching dining table tops.

In practice, Marazzi is relevant across the full range of residential and commercial project types. The breadth of the collection, combined with the production reliability of Mohawk Industries behind it, makes Marazzi a dependable choice for specifiers working at any scale.
