Large-format porcelain changes what is possible on a project. Floors and walls resolved as a continuous surface, minimal grout lines and a material that carries consistently across an entire space: none of this is achievable with conventional tile formats.

PietraCasa was one of the first companies in the UK to embrace large-format porcelain because of what it makes possible in architecture and design. Today, we supply premium large-format porcelain tiles and slabs for residential, commercial and architectural projects across the UK, working with leading European manufacturers.

Large-format installation presents different technical challenges to standard tiling. Substrate preparation, adhesive selection, movement joints and material handling all become more demanding as slab size increases. From our Poole showroom, we support private clients, architects, interior designers, developers and contractors with material selection and specification through to bespoke fabrication and specialist installation.
