PietraCasa use waterjet technology to cut porcelain from 3 - 30mm thicknesses with incredible accuracy. Large porcelain slabs can be waterjet cut to any detail, including mitring for site assembly to deliver the very best design projects. PietraCasa work with porcelain tile specialists in both the United Kingdom and Italy to realise bespoke designs with incredible accuracy.

PietraCasa can assist architects and designers in developing concepts into reality. We can also create tile plans, cutting schedules and technical drawings to assist the porcelain fabrication and installation process. PietraCasa are also able to handle all of the logistics requirements, including collection of tiles from Europe, organising fabrication and delivery to site, whether for high-end residential or commercial projects throughout the UK.

  • PietraCasa uses waterjet technology to cut porcelain from 3mm through to 30mm thickness. This covers the full range of formats currently used in architecture and design, from thin wall cladding slabs through to 20mm exterior pavers and 12mm or 20mm worktop material.

  • Waterjet cutting can achieve mitred edges, radius cuts, complex geometric shapes, apertures for integrated sinks or speaker grilles, and custom profiles for site assembly. Large porcelain slabs can be cut to exact dimensions required by a specific design, including details that would not be achievable by hand or with standard cutting equipment.
